As a fitness coach I am dedicated to helping others reach their goals. I believe there are several dynamics that need to be considered when setting goals for better health and fitness. Of course fitness is a key element, but how we fuel our bodies, take care of our minds, and tend to our hearts all contribute to reaching those goals. Finding that balance can be a bit overwhelming on your own, which is why I believe in accountability, group support, and one-on-one counseling. We can all use a support system!!
